Ace is a good sized boy even if he doesn't know it sometimes. He still likes to sit on my lap like he did as a puppy. He has great desire in the field and is a quick study. We are now training for Senior and working a little on novice obedience when we have time. Ace is a sweet, submissive boy, loving and careful with very young puppies but energized immediately when training calls. Ace is a pleasure to train, work and live with. We adore him. There is never a dull day with Ace around. Attitude, personality, temperament, willing to please and truly a very happy dog. A LABRADOR RETRIEVER- Through and through.

Ace's Sire, CH Belle's Tradition O' Broad Reach MH is one of less than 50 Champion/Master Hunters in the Breed.

Ace at 6.5 weeks

Ace was the only puppy in Promise's last litter. He has turned out to be quite a nice boy. He is very birdy, highly motivated and is a big, sound moving guy with a great head. He has the most wonderfully sweet nature and a true labrador temperament. He ran his first hunt test at the age of 7 months and it was a tough test. He didn't pass, but he sure tried. He was back in training in 2006 and in September he passed back to back tests in great style for his first two Started Retriever legs! He was very solid in scoring demonstrating great marking skill, style, trainability and perserverance. In October, he passed his first AKC Junior Hunter Test and earned his Working Certificate at the National!

By June,2007 he earned both his Started Retriever and Junior Hunter Titles. In the same year, he has earned the majority of his Championship points, including both Majors.
